1.  Credit Card Deposit Through the Cashier

Instructions: In the game lobby, press the cashier button, and then follow the instructions.
Time: Immediate when using credit card
Fee: None (no fee charged by the card room…charges to the cardholder from the credit card company may apply)
Minimum: $50.00
Limits: $600 per day, $3,500 per month

2.  Firepay Personal Accounts (www.firepay.com)

Time: Immediate
Fee: None (no fee charged by the card room…charges to the cardholder from FirePay may apply)
Minimum: $50.00
Limits: $600 per day, $3,500 per month (FirePay Personal accepts Visa, MC, AMEX)

3.  Neteller (www.neteller.com)

Time: Approximately 15 minutes
Fee: None (no fee charged by the cardroom…charges to the cardholder from Neteller may apply)
Minimum: $25.00
Limits: No limit on Neteller (Neteller accepts Visa and MC)

4.  Western Union

Time: 30 min. maximum from the time support has received your email that provides the tracking ID number, your user name, and the amount of your WU.
Fee: ThePokerClub.com absorbs the fee when transferring $300 or more through Western Union. For transfers under $300, the sender pays the fee, but ThePokerClub.com gives a 5% bonus on the net deposit amount.

5.  Bank Draft, Money Order, or Cashier’s Check

If you are having problems depositing by credit card through the cashier or would prefer to not use your credit card, this is a very simple way to deposit.

Time: It is recommended that you use a courier service, Federal Express, as this service is reasonably quick (approximately 3 days) and can be tracked. Registered mail may also be used but will take longer to arrive than by courier. We do not recommend regular mail as it will take a very long time to arrive and cannot be tracked as we can through a courier delivery.

Withdrawal Options

It is very easy to withdraw your winnings for your ThePokerClub.com account. From the Lobby window, click on the ‘Cashier’ button and then select the ‘Withdrawal’ button. Enter the amount that you would like to withdraw and select ‘OK’. Our staff will now process your request and you will receive email notification when processing is complete.

1.  Credit Back To My Credit Card

Time: Allow 4 – 5 days for the credit to appear.
Fee: None
Restrictions: All withdrawal requests are automatically credited back to the credit card up to the amount of the total charges made to the credit card when Visa was used. Any amount that exceeds the net deposit will be forwarded to you by check.

*MasterCard holders: This credit card company no longer allows credits back to the card when the charge originated at an online gaming site, therefore the entire amount of withdrawal will be processed and sent to you by check. Firepay Personal or Neteller are the recommended and preferred method of depositing to your account with a Mastercard.

2.  Firepay Personal Accounts (www.firepay.com)

Time: Allow 48 hours.
Fee: No fee charged by the card room
Restrictions: All withdrawal requests are automatically credited back to your FirePay personal account up to the amount deposited from. Any amount that exceeds the net deposit will be forwarded to you by check.

3.  Check Sent By Regular Mail

Time: 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks)
Fee: None
Restrictions The minimum amount for a check is $25.00 (this is subject to change without prior notice) Frequency is stated above: one per week.

4.  Check Sent Via Fedex

Time: Allow 7 business days
Fee: $30.00
Restrictions The minimum amount for a check is $25.00 (this is subject to change without prior notice) Frequency is stated above: one per week.

5.  Neteller  www.neteller.com

Time: 15 minutes
Fee: No fee charged by the card room for standard withdrawal to Neteller. Fees from Neteller may apply. Abuse of the deposit/withdrawal system will result in a 2% charge for Neteller withdrawals. For information on what constitutes a standard withdrawal request, please contact Antico Holdings S.A. at support@ThePokerClub.com or (506) 280-7332.
Restrictions Deposits made through the Neteller system may be withdrawn from the card room back to Neteller. Withdrawals to the Neteller system where deposits are made through other means will result in a 2% charge on the total deposit.

Antico Holdings reserves the right to set and/or change the frequency and size of deposits and withdrawals without notice.  Current limit is one withdrawal per week with a minimum of $25.00.

Whenever the minimum cash out amount cannot be reached, you are welcome to play with that amount at our $2 - $4 Hold'em tables.

'NO-FEE' DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

ThePokerClub.com is charged a fee for processing credit card deposits, Neteller deposits and withdrawals and also for issuing checks. ThePokerClub.com absorbs this fee – it is not passed on to you, the player. This free service is available only for the purpose of funding your account to allow for real money play at our tables. Repeated deposits and withdrawals are inconvenient and costly, therefore we ask that you do not withdraw funds from your account unless you have an excess amount. Players who abuse the system by repeatedly withdrawing their account balances and re depositing will be charged all fees associated with their deposits and withdrawals. These fees include:

  • 6% deposit fee
  • 2% withdrawal fee through Neteller
  • $20 charge for withdrawal by check
